bEN'S ROOM

This film was a challenge I set for myself during the COVID-19 quarantine. I wanted to find a way to scratch my storytelling itch all on my own. The result is a little story about a toy who wakes up in a long-abandoned crawlspace. Hundreds of hours of work went into this, sparking a lifelong passion for stop motion.

Ben's Room stars my mother, Jackie Rose-Madill.  Lots of heart was poured into this film, with much of it's story coming from my own childhood -- not to mention being filmed in my childhood home, with all of my own toys. Enjoy!
